For electromagnetics and MHD (vector potential), it would be useful to be able to interpolate edge-centered fields from coarse to fine levels in a conservative way. From looking at the various interpolators that are in the code already, it looks like this does not yet exist in AMReX.

(This would also avoid the need for a "curl register" for constrained transport MHD.)
