Summary

As described in this comment, the "pack to zip" option of the "Publish Game" function appears to cause problems on platforms that use a different path separator char than Windows.

Workaround

Manually pack the resulting executable into a .zip file using the tool of your choice.

Analysis

No idea why this would happen. This needs investigation, probably some Google research on .Net Compression API.
