Press PUBLISH button on all 2022-3 projects on dandi

Just wanted to update that the unembargo data missing metadata issue affecting dendritic coupling and GLO is being manually resolved by dandi and they are working on a new system for embargoed datasets that should prevent this issue in the future.

Noticed something a little unusual here. The list of sessions affected by the embargo length mismatch issue did NOT include our session ids.https://dandiarchive.org/dandiset/000253?pos=3 for example, is not listed in their issue. I pinged the issue with some info on this to see if we have a similar but different issue for our dandiset. You can track it here: dandi/dandi-archive#1831

We're just waiting for everyone to add their orcids and such to an excel sheet before I manually add them :)
