Describe the bug
I currently have two gateways running with the publisher module installed. Now when I want to discover a OPC-Server via the Web-API I have not option do specify what gateway is used for discovery. It always uses the gateway 1. When I take gateway 1 offline suddenly gateway 2 is used.

There needs to be a option to speficy the gateway.

Expected behavior
Selecting gateway when starting discovery
