[REQ] Test cases to ensure Dalec-produced images are minimal

What is your request or suggestion?

After encountering #298, it certainly seems possible that we may encounter further issues in Dalec in which we accidentally specify extra dependencies in our generated RPM which end up installed in a target container. It would be good to add a few unit tests to verify that RPMs built and installed with no post-install and no explicit runtime dependencies don't bring along any extra dependencies
