Currently when LDAP is configured if the LDAP server is down users are unable to login to WordPress and are presented with an unfriendly error message.
If the user is returning and the plugin has already created their account in WordPress then the user should be allowed to login.
If the user is new then the plugin should display a friendly error message stating something like "Sorry due to an problem with our servers we are unable to access your account"
