Raid checks panel not respecting location changes

Describe the problem

Every time I open the social>raid panel, the ORA3 panel opens so it is totally over the social panel. Even if I move it, the next time I open the social panel the ORA3 panel is obscuring it again.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install ORA3 v11.0.0
2. Open the social panel (O)
3. Select the Raid tab

Do you have an error log of what happened?

UI position error, not generating a log output
