  • Get rid of user guide text file panel in favor of opening up the window in the local text editor with a button.
  • Expand tiebreak mode choicebox to the right once text file window is gone.

Per our discussion, it may work best to put this in a Help menu as "User Guide" or something. You can leave the text pane on the right as-is, since I'll reappropriate it for the new hints for now.
