Update segment panel to match mocks

Left panel width should be about 496 px
Border colors should be #F0F0F0
Label section headers should be paragraph style non bold 16px
expand/collapse should be arrow on left side of text
Row height should be 46px ^
Remove grey
Can we match the TT to T box that is reflected in design
