Now that the functions to perform each of the DIBBs standardizations (name, dob, phone, address) have been added to the standardization service it is time to fully implement the /standardize endpoint. When a FHIR bundle is POSTed to /standardize then all of the standardizations are applied to it and it is returned to the user.
