@jonathanrobie This branch is now up to date with If you want to check out the branch and try out the instructions in the README you're welcome to do that. Otherwise, if you're ok with the new directory structure, I think we can merge this and cut a new release. I will add a note in the release that the new directory structure would be backwards incompatible (if integrators were looking for |

This PR backports the lowfat pipeline from macula-greek #83.
I've also moved things into a
WLCdirectory for consistency with theSBLGNT/andNestle1904/directories.If we aren't happy with the
WLCdirectory, I can revert that change and just land the lowfat pipeline.
