- Adds USAGE on schema for writer user (allowing use of COPY FROM STDIN for performances) - Make use of DEFAULT PRIVILEGE on writer user to force SELECT on all created tables for the reader user (allowing outside tools to create tables with the writer identity and not having to explicitly give read rights)
