CanCanCan 2.2 compatibility #3

cancancan-baby_squeel test suite passes with the following version constraints:

  spec.add_dependency 'activerecord', '>= 4.1'
  spec.add_dependency 'cancancan', '>= 1.10', '< 2.2'
  spec.add_dependency 'baby_squeel', '>= 1.1.5'

Test failures occur after removing '< 2.2' from cancancan
