Add jupyter notebook version of caching_nodes example #247

Changes

  • Add jupyter notebook version of caching_nodes example
  • Add "examples/**/hamilton-env" to .gitignore to ignore the autogenerated virtual environments.

How I tested this

Manually ran through the notebook and verified results
