Feature request: Pagination at VAT report sales by month/quarter/year

Possibility of adding pagination in the VAT report section.

Environment

• Version: 19.0.2
• OS: Linux
• Web server: nginx/1.16.1
• PHP: fpm-fcgi 7.4.30
• Database: MySQL or MariaDB 5.5.5-10.3.29-MariaDB
• URL(s): /compta/tva/index.php?leftmenu=tax_vat

Desired and actual behavior

• Chevrons to paginate between periods of time, depending on tax settings, monthly, quarterly or annually.
• By now, must manually select first and last date of filter, as indicated in the tax configuration in admin/taxes.php at VAT refund field, where can be selected monthly, quarterly or annually. At this moment Dolibarr shows previous quarter.
