Add-ons | Closed source

Consider that I am developing something that has the potential to do good and bad alike, such as Advanced AI programs. This license not going to be practical when it comes to terrorists and people who lack moral qualities.
Which is why we need to integrate Add-ons that can be closed source in some cases. This license is not permitting any kind of closed source material to be used with software.
I believe in the Open Source system and respect every inch of it, but we can't share everything if it is too much dangerous.
