Ideas for MVP of "Responsibilities"

With the philosophy of being least prescriptive as possible, while still providing strong suggestions for guidelines, what "Responsibilities" should the template enumerate? (Note that adopters are not obligated to accept any or all of the suggestions from the template.)

For reference, here's our starting list:

1. Abide by our Code of Conduct in good faith
2. Acknowledge the decisions of our governing body
3. Follow the terms of our license
4. Employ our priority of constituencies to resolve conflict
5. Raise ethical concerns
