Node version: 12.11

Deprecation message:

DeprecationWarning: Buffer() is deprecated due to security and usability issues. Please use the Buffer.alloc(), Buffer.allocUnsafe(), or Buffer.from() methods instead.

I think the issue is self-explanatory, we can probably use Buffer.from instead and it should address this.
