partials in handlebars

This might go against my previous issues ( #33 ) but your header partial calls your nav bar partial. I guess you've made a design decision where sometimes you might want the nav bar not in the header? But if not, you could just put all the html in a header partial

hmm, not sure, feel like it's ok/clear how it is, but is definitely up for debate
