Currently, pip has a very hard time resolving dependencies. The script parse_docs uses both amcatclient and e2e-Dutch (which depends on tensorflow), which is incompatible: amcat/amcatclient#7

Maybe not all code in stance_finder is relevant to keep and this could maybe limit the set of needed requirements, but the script to parse docs from amcat seems important to be able to run.
