Epic: line/lbm#1264

Cherry-pick: #169

Description

During #163, @egonspace asked me,

Where will this reqRes.cb be called at? #163 (comment)

I think reqRes.cb is not intuitive because,

  • We could set callback after calling async function and I think it's not usual way.
  • callback could be called many times if we call SetCallback() many times after reqRes is done. (bad interface)

So I'd like to revise to receive cb as a last argument of async functions.

  • It's usual way to pass a cb to async function in many programming languages.
  • It makes reqRes.cb immutable.

And I'd like to rename ResponseCallback to GlobalCallback because it's more intuitive naming for it's operation.
