PKSM Vivilon forms; "your Pokémon can't be auto-legalized"

First of all, it's my first time writing here, I hope you can help with this issue.

As certainly everyone knows, with the 3ds online shutdown anyone can't make trades or looking for certain Pokémon.
So I'm using PKSM to get the Vivilon forms, the ones from events I could inject them successfully, however when trying the other forms the things change.
I breed several Scatterbugs through the daycare in Pokémon Y, and then in PKSM edit their future forms when evolving in Vivillon. However, some of them say they are legal, but others even using the option to auto-legalize it says it's not possible.

Is there a way to solve this?
