新出的函数调用特性看起来就是给AI提供一个备选tool list，当chatgpt意识到自己无非解决问题，会生成调用函数指令，发送回客户端。按照这个说法，开发者其实可以自己做plugin了。

不知道目前业内有什么实践么。
