Squash Info has made player historical rankings a subscriber feature, thereby deprecating get_player_rankings_history() and get_historical_rankings(). The functions have been removed from squashinformr's NAMESPACE.
Squash Info has restricted the window of free data from 1 year to 6 months. Date filters have been added to tournament functions to prevent errors.
Changed get_matchup() examples to match real data available in 6 month window.
