This list should include every configuration change made on staging, to be performed on production once the task is live.

re-enable sticky social share buttons
re-enable the donate button in the global nav (Add Donate button to the top of story pages in the sticky nav, in a way that does not collapse to the "More" menu. #10)
change Donate button label to "Donate"
update to latest Largo when available.
