In the Dataverse, the owner of a collection can change the alias and name of any collection, even the root collection. To retrieve the root collection, the API uses a keyword for the alias, ':root'. using this alias will return the always return the root collection, even if it has been modified.
In some places in our code, we assume that the alias of the root collection is 'root', so if the root collection is edited, the SPA getCollection() use case fails.
