UMap representation was not totally accurate from the get go. Moreover we have suboptimally changed its contents in Conway: dropped pointers and added DReps

This ticket requires #4693

Other issues with UMap:

unionR, (⨃) Fix deposit being ignored. This will affect drainWithdrawals
