To Run Locally

  • Clone the repo: git clone [email protected]:JBEI/basebuddy.git
  • Decompress the cocoput table: cd data && tar -xvf cocoput_table.tsv.tar.gz && cd ..
  • Run streamlit in docker: bash run_locally.sh
