Update the binder demo for MLJ

This is quite old and still has the old @load syntax.

I'd also be inclined to exclude more advanced features such a learning networks. A canned versions of model stacking or pipeline would be better (say the example from the lighting tour).

We are no longer supporting Binder as the benefits do not seem to be worth the maintenance burden.
