The binary version doesn't contain any metadata, while the gltf version does:

  1. go to https://viewer.needle.tools/?file=https%3A%2F%2Fraw.githubusercontent.com%2FKhronosGroup%2FglTF-Sample-Assets%2Fmain%2FModels%2FXmpMetadataRoundedCube%2FglTF-Binary%2FXmpMetadataRoundedCube.glb
  2. expand the "JSON" section
  3. note no extension data whatsoever

I'll make a PR in a moment to fix this.
