perhaps it's a basic question, but I couldn't find a working solution, so far.
I have zigbee2mqtt and mosquitto running on a Raspberry for quite a while. I happens more an more often that I add a new device and it says "not supported" although it is listed on https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/supported-devices/. And creating this external converters is quite an effort. I tried running "npm install zigbee-herdsman-converters" to update the library, it ran without any errors, but the devices are still shown as "not supported".
