No.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like Plex Meta Manager to support MyAnimeList genres.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, I am using AniList genres. But it is limited and less specific than MAL.

Additional context
Genres supported by MAL https://myanimelist.net/anime.php
