[Bug]: unscheduled collections are treated as unmanaged collections

Describe the Bug

When using delete unmanaged collections PMM treats any collection not included nor scheduled in the run as unmanaged.

unmanaged should mean not managed by PMM, a collection created by PMM but not set to run today would not be classified as unmanaged to most users. The wiki needs updating accordingly to indicate this is not the case.

this effectively means delete unmanaged is a duplicate of delete not scheduled and means any collections that are fairly static or need not updating daily are always deleted
