apply the same set of improvements developed for the integrated_vapor_transport

  1. add first order integrator that integrated between user provided p_surf=101325 and p_top=0
  2. handle both ascending and descending pressure coordinates (look at era5 for example of ascending and ecmwf for descending)
  3. check for valid units (Pa) on the vertical axis, warn if not.
