v4.1.0 - Akeyless SDK Update

I keep this action synced with version of the Akeyless SDK. They recently pushed a new major release version, but I do not see any breaking changes that affects the way this action works.

I would recommend using the @v4 tag because all future improvements and security fixes will be in this tag. If you experience any odd behavior, please open an Issue immediately so that I can investigate.
