When trying to open a password protected shared album, no password prompt is shown

Detailed description of the problem [REQUIRED]

When I create an album and try to share it as a password protected link, then there is no password prompt when accessing the link and only an empty window is shown. This happens both with the option "hidden" enabled and disabled.
When I remove the password protection it works fine and I can see the photos.

1. Create a new album and upload some photos
2. Click on 'Visibility" , enable public and select password protected.
3. Open the link to the album as a guest
4. Only an empty window appears without a password prompt and no photos are visible.

The server is running on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with nginx and the lychee was installed with from the latest release zip.
