For machines with special filament, add a confirmation page which is shown before allowing a user to create reservations in the calendar

Based on and partially replaces Create a machine type for "Special filament 3D printers"

This will add a confirmation page when creating reservations for machines with special filament (have to come up with some way to register this), which prompts the user to confirm that they know that these 3D printers use special filament.
