Our webpack bundle is now quite large and we're running into warning and sporadic CI failures causing the process to run out of memory on production builds...

If there are any experts out there on this, the help would be appreciated... I'm willing consider radical ideas like replatforming the base of the project if necessary and changing some build tools although we would need to preserve Material, ELK, and redux for now.
