The Attractor and One-Way don't work as intended.

When placing an Attractor and powering it with Redstone or placing a One-Way, nothing happens. The One-Way block's Texture looks rather strange:

Furthermore the game output from MC itself shows this warning, when placing either the Attractor or the One-Way:
"Block entity invalid: restrictions:pusher @ BlockPos{x=-86, y=64, z=120}"

Tested using:
Minecraft 1.14.4
The One Probe 1.14-1.4.37
NCJtyLib 1.14-3.4.17-alpha
Restrictions 1.14-1.3.10

The Blocks work just fine in Restrictions 1.14-1.3.9
