Limits of CPU/Memory are confusing. Are they per container or per group? #24776

East US (Linux), for example, has a limit of 4 CPU and 14 GB Memory.
Should I be able to deploy 5 containers of 1 CPU and 1 GB inside a single container Group? Because it doesn't seem possible as I'm getting this error:
The requested resource is not available in the location 'eastus' at this moment. Please retry with a different resource request or in another location. Resource requested: '5' CPU '5' GB memory 'Linux' OS
In which case I assume the limit of 4 CPU is per Container Group. In that case, why is there a limit of 60 containers per group? How can I deploy more than 4 containers per group if each container requires at least 1 CPU?
Any information on this regard would be appreciated. Thanks!
