Overview of the problem

When people get out from the Milburn
the app doesn't always work.
so the gaters write the ID on a piece of paper.
when it comes to the WILL CALL we couldn't not finding the people in the system.
so it could be amazing if the app itself could search people by ID.
so there will never be issues like this.
