Hi @ottnorml!

Do you realize that the TOC can be moved around? The position is saved into local storage, so, I'm not sure if this change is essential. What are your reasons?

Hi @Mottie!

First, thanks for Your awesome Github user scripts. :)

I am aware that the TOC can be moved.

This PR is a purely cosmetic enhancement to correct its starting position to be flush with the navigation bar.
I like the original starting position as it is, but the one pixel that overlaps the navigation bar bothered me.
Maybe there are other people who are bothered by that as well, which is why I'm doing this PR.
