Backoffice validation

This new repository seems to lack the possibility of validating the purchase on the backoffice by communicating with Apple from there by means of verifyProduct.php.
A few yes ago I tried for a month to use the AppStoreReceiptURL instead of transationReceipt to verify the purchase on the appstore with no success.
Is thee some solution able to both use AppStoreReceiptURL and verify the purchase on the backoffice?
