A web application for Bank Customer Support where user will be asking their queries using Interactive Voice Response (IVR). The IVR will be recognizing the user query in his preferred language which could be English, Hindi or Marathi and then the system will according route the user to the below given options:

- Last 5 Transactions
- Block Debit Card
- Request Cheque Book
- Transfer to Operator
