PA not using phantom strike to speed up farming

I activated PA and wanted to see her in action. I noticed that if she is in push lane or jungling, she does not use her phantom strike ability. it would speed up her farming if she closes distances between two camps or a camp and the lane with that ability. also she could kill them easier. I would say it would add one lasthit per minute, at least.
