Simple question

Sorry if this is a stupid question. However, I must know, is it possible to use this script within the actual game against real players, like an All Pick match or ranked game in which there are 5 players on each team. If yes can you describe how I should attempt to implement this? If not, can you explain why that is not possible? Any feedback and answers would be greatly appreciated, I am new to bot scripting so I have no idea how this whole process works.
