CALYPSO: Criteria Assessment Logic for Your Population Study in Observational data

CALYPSO is a tool that allows a researcher to determine if the study population for a study is feasible for a given CDM Datasource. By using CIRCE expressions to define the index population and inclusion rules, CALYPSO will perform queries and analysis on a CDM datasource to calculate the counts of people that match the index and counts of the intersecting inclusion rules.

Please see the [Installation Guide](Installation Guide) page for instructions on installing Calypso.

Please see the [Getting Started] page for an overview of getting started.

The [User Manual](User Manual) provides detailed information about using the CALYPSO application.
