[Bug]: Typos, Unused Tooltips existed in Social Icons and Need to add ARIA Attributes to Form Sections in Contact Page

Description

• In Multiple Web Pages, title-Tooltip Text has Typos and Unused text existed in Some social Icons.
• In Some Web Pages, Did not add title attribute Properly.

Expected Behavior

• No Mistake Happens whenever these above changes are Done Correctly
