Apache 2 license missing

FYI, if you used the apache 2.0 licensed code, then I think you need to retain the copyright notice for those section those code sections under apache-2.0 https://opensource.stackexchange.com/questions/5528/removing-copyright-notice-in-uis-of-apache-2-licensed-software even if the derivative is licensed differently.

Looking at the msa_identifiers.py and some other parts parts of the code, they appear to be almost identical with some formatting changes in,deletions in comments and removal of the copyright notice. (diff here
