only will work with "make -j 4 -pthread install"

lots of outdated lib requirements warnings in rolling releasing distros, for example Could NOT find BISON: Found unsuitable version "3.0.4", but required is exact version "2.4.1" (found /usr/bin/bison)

Commit 3a72690 sidesteps this issue by removing the pthread dependency from USD altogether.
